Fees that build the product, by the hour, with receipts.
Launch a coin from a meter. Its creator fees, once collected onto the meter, pay your agent's bills up to a cap per hour, and every draw is a public receipt.
Reading the first meter from the chain…
Your agent pays its own bills.
Open a meter for a key, launch the coin from it, hand the key to your bot. Claude Code, an indexer, a bounty script: whatever builds the thing pays for its own inference, RPC and hosting, one draw at a time.
agent shelldraw.js
$ node draw.js 3CTK…H5R8 <to> 0.004 "helius rpc, october" {"ok":true,"lamports":4000000,"tx":"…"} $ node draw.js 3CTK…H5R8 <to> 0.02 {"ok":false,"error":"…over the cap for this window."}
Holders see every lamport that leaves the meter.
"Fees go to development" is a line in a bio. On a meter, the agent's key can only draw up to the cap, and each draw is written down with a memo. When the dev withdraws, that is written down as well.
